Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Ad-Hoc & Executive Booking Cancellations (Majestic Cabs)

For short-term or ad-hoc corporate executive car bookings:

• Cancellation > 4 Hours before Reporting: 100% full refund or zero cancellation charge applied to corporate log-sheet.
• Cancellation < 4 Hours after Chauffeur Dispatch: Nominal base dispatch fee (equivalent to minimum 4h/40km package) charged.
• No-Show at Airport / Plant Node: Standard minimum 8h/80km daily package charged.

2. Monthly Retainer & Long-Term Contract Termination

Monthly corporate leasing retainers and annual employee transit (ETS) contracts require a mandatory 30-day written notice period sent via official corporate email to our procurement desk (`info@royalcabz.com`).

• Billing is calculated pro-rata up to the final operational day of the notice period.
• Any advance retainer balance is refunded via direct NEFT/RTGS transfer within 7 business days following log-sheet audit and credit-note reconciliation.

3. Industrial Ambulance Standby Mobilization

Due to statutory equipment calibration, medical inventory preparation, and driver deployment, emergency standby ambulance mobilization fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has reported to the factory site. Pre-deployment cancellations received 24 hours prior receive a 100% refund.

4. Fleet Owner Security Deposit Refunds

Attached vehicle owners and transport contractors who maintain security deposits or compliance holds with Majestic Rentals receive full deposit refunds via bank transfer within 14 business days upon successful contract completion, subject to zero outstanding RTO challans or unaddressed passenger damage claims.

5. Refund Processing Timelines
