• Enterprise Clients & Procurement Desk: Full name, official corporate email, phone number, company name, plant locations, and RFP tender specifications.
• Commercial Vehicle Owners: Owner name, mobile number, vehicle registration certificates (RC), commercial insurance, RTO permit details, and bank account details for monthly billing disbursement.
• Driver Applicants: Legal name, Aadhaar card, commercial driving licence (Badge), police verification certificates, medical fitness documents, and employment history.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Your data is used strictly for legitimate commercial and regulatory compliance purposes:

• Generating corporate RFP tariff cards and customized B2B contracts.
• Performing mandatory Police Verification and industrial gate-pass authorization for chauffeurs.
• Verifying commercial RTO fitness and passenger insurance compliance under the Motor Vehicles Act.
• Dispatches and central GPS telemetry supervision for breakdown replacements.

4. Data Storage & Security Measures

All uploaded documents (PDF, JPG, PNG) are stored in secure, restricted-access server directories protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Access to driver KYC dossiers and attached vehicle legal documents is strictly restricted to authorized HR Officers, Dispatch Managers, and System Administrators under role-based access control (RBAC).

5. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to marketing agencies. Information is shared strictly with:

• Empaneled corporate clients for driver gate-pass safety clearance and EHS audits.
• Law enforcement or RTO authorities upon official statutory requisition.
