Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Agreement Framework & Empanelment

These Master Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all corporate commercial vehicle retainers, statutory industrial ambulance contracts, workforce employee transit solutions, and vehicle owner attachment agreements provided by Majestic Rentals Private Limited. Engaging our services or executing a service order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Corporate Mobility & Chauffeur SLAs (Majestic Cabs)

• Duty Hours: Standard corporate retainers cover 12-hour or 24-hour daily operational windows as specified in the commercial tariff card. Excess hours and kilometer overages are calculated as per agreed contract rates.
• Guaranteed 2-Hour Breakdown SLA: In the event of a mechanical failure or accident, Majestic Rentals guarantees a replacement commercial vehicle within 2 hours of notification across primary industrial corridors (Surat, Dahej, Bharuch, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Vapi, MMR).
• Chauffeur Standards: All chauffeurs carry commercial T-permit driving licences, local police clearance certificates, and wear corporate uniform code.

3. Industrial Emergency Medical Standby (Majestic Ambulances)

• Factories Act Compliance: Stationary standby units deployed at industrial plants meet statutory equipment configurations for Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) under Section 45 of the Factories Act 1948.
• Certified Crew: Emergency drivers maintain active Red Cross or St. John Ambulance first-aid certifications.

4. Workforce Commute & Bus Leasing (Majestic Trans)

Workforce bus shuttles operate on shift-synchronized schedules. Route maps, pickup nodes, and passenger manifests are established prior to contract commencement. Majestic Rentals guarantees 100% on-time plant reporting under normal traffic and weather conditions.

5. Vehicle Owner Attachment Terms

Vehicle owners attaching fleets to the Majestic network must maintain valid commercial RTO registration (T-Permit), active PUC, valid fitness certificates, and comprehensive passenger insurance. Monthly payouts are processed via direct NEFT/RTGS after log-sheet reconciliation.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Majestic Rentals shall not be liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, severe natural disasters, unannounced highway blockades, or state-level emergency restrictions. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
